FULDA, IN – The annual St. Boniface Parish Summer Picnic will be held Sunday, August 1, on the church grounds from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central Time.

The pastor's role as teacher and sanctifier is a sacred obligation, announcing the word of God to those living in the parish and instructing in the truths of the faith. His work as a teacher and sanctifier is to seep into his homilies. His efforts at catechetical formation should be especially attentive to the formation and education of children and young adults as well as lapsed Catholics. ST. MEINRAD, IN – The annual St. Meinrad Parish Fall Picnic will be held on the church grounds on Sunday, September 19, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central Time.

DALE, IN - In your charity, please pray for the repose of the soul of Karen Lynnette (Hall) Tuley, age 61, of Dale, Indiana. Karen died peacefully in the Lord Friday, July 16, 2021, in hospice care at her home in Dale. Mother of Eric (and Shannon) Tuley of St. Boniface Parish; Sister of Sandy (and Mike) Seckinger of St. Meinrad Parish. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Central, Sunday, July 25, 2021. FULDA, IN - The annual St. Boniface Parish Summer Picnic will be held on the first Sunday in August. The picnic will be on the church grounds at Fulda, Indiana, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central Time on Sunday, August 1, 2021. Preorder food items will have priority pick-up lines from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

Natural Family Planning Awareness Week is a national educational campaign. The dates of Natural Family Planning Awareness Week highlight the anniversary of the papal encyclical Humanae Vitae (July 25) which articulates Catholic beliefs about human sexuality, conjugal love, and responsible parenthood.
