2023 Team Welcome

Please join the Family Faith Formation Commission and Jessica Fischer in welcoming four young adults from the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois. These four college students will be leading the Totus Tuus “Totally Yours,” this week’s summer Catholic youth camp. Daily activities for grades 1-6 are 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. For grades 7-12, the program is 6:30 - 8:45 p.m., Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Totus Tuus is dedicated to sharing the Gospel and promoting the Catholic faith through evangelization, catechesis, Christian witness, and Eucharistic worship. Thanks to Jess Fischer, Evangelization and Catechesis Coordinator, the host families for the team, and all others who have helped prepare for this week for the young Church preparing to gather.

Totus Tuus team members are:

• Eve Walker, hometown: Teutopolis, IL

We are the last stop on their 2023 Summer Tour. Before arriving on Sunday, the team served in parishes in the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois: Sacred Heart Parish in Effingham, Our Lady of Lourdes in Decatur, St. Isidore the Farmer Parish in Dieterich and St. Mary Parish in Paris.
